From the order 26.04.2023, it transpires that on the said date also nobody appears on behalf of petitioner but counsel for the State was present and as a matter of last indulgence opportunity has been granted.

Learned counsel for the State submits that counter affidavit has been filed in this case and in the counter affidavit it has come that as per supervision note case has been found true. It transpires to this Court that petitioner has no interest to pursue this case, therefore, the present Cr. Revision Application stands dismissed as default due to non-prosecution.
