This is an application for modification of order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 13712 of 2015 with a prayer to extend the period of surrender of petitioner for four weeks from today.

It appears that petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 07.05. 2015 stating therein that in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within four weeks from the aforesaid date, petitioner shall be enlarged on provisional bail but the petitioner did not surrender.

It is submitted that the petitioner was outside the State and he fell ill but no certificate to this effect to show illness

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43103 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 of the petitioner has been filed.

I do not find sufficient reason to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
