The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188/147/148/149/341/504/506/323/307/325/427/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute the petitioners allegedly committed assault and demanded ransom from the informant.

Considering the background and the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad/Successor Court in connection with Goh Police Station Case No. 77 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
