On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements for the purpose of commission of crime, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, others managed to escape while Md. Sahajaha, Md. Farhan, Md. Aamir were apprehended from whose possession, the articles in terms of seizure list were seized. They have also disclosed names of their associate wherein name of petitioner has also been disclosed. In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Md. Babar @ Babar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, VIIth, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No.33/2016.
