Petitioners seek bail in Bikram P.S. Case No.30/18 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner is of using forged L.P.C. in favour of one Smt. Veena Devi.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is R.T.I. activist and, as such, he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, he is accused in one more case in which he is on bail. He is ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court. He is in custody since 18.08.2018.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
