Petitioner apprehends arrest in Akbarpur Police Station Case No 100 of 2017 registered under Sections 341/323/448/307/498A/506/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a reasonable likelihood of compromise between the parties as harmony is likely to be restored. In view of such developments, in the meantime, he would withdraw this application to approach/surrender before the lower Court citing the aforesaid developments along with proof of such compromise, seeking bail.
Under these circumstances, this application is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65641 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 rejected.
This rejection, however, will not prejudice the petitioner in approaching the Court below in view of the developments, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
