2. This is an application for quashing of the impugned order dated 09.01.2024 passed in Trial No. 2656 of 2024 arising out of Manjhauliya P.S. Case No. 921 of 2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Bettiah, East Champaran by which cognizance
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25336 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 has been taken against the petitioners.
3. After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points at an appropriate stage i.e. at the stage of framing of charge.
