2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piar (Piyar) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 25.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to prosecution case, the petitioner attacked the informant with the knife, several times on his neck and chest.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of material available on record has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the present case is a peculiar case. The father is the informant in the present case and he has alleged that the petitioner has assaulted him by the knife. Although, the father of the petitioner, who is informant in the present case, has received the injury and the injury report of the informant suggests that all the injuries are grievous in nature.

6. Considering the allegation that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted his father with the knife and all the injuries inflicted upon by him are serious in nature, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Piar (Piyar) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, East Muzaffarpur.

7. Prayer is refused.
