The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3708 of 2013 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioner being the brother-inlaw (Dewar) of the complainant, after the death of the husband of the complainant, developed illicit relationship with the complainant on the pretext to perform the marriage with her and, thereafter, the petitioner started to torture the complainant for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46085 of 2014 (3) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 demand of dowry and ousted the complainant alongwith her children from the house and refused to perform the marriage with the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only to put undue pressure to perform the marriage with the complainant, the complainant has lodged this false case against the petitioner and his family members.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Noor Sultan, Judicial Magistrsate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No.3708 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
