Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 376(AB) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of POCSO Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of doing wrong acts with a minor girl aged about four years. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the allegations against the petitioner are very serious.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25819 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and the age of the victim girl, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
