Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-307, 328, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the petitioner despite being lady faces serious allegation of using the stolen mobile for some portion of the night and day in which such mobile of the informant was taken away in an organized crime by intoxicating him, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering before the Court below and praying for regular bail.
