Petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. Case No.196 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one pistol and one live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66184 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.196 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
