JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard Sri Umesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Additional Public Prosecutor The petitioner, the husband of deceased has prayed for grant of bail primarily on the ground that save and except petitioner all other accused have been granted either regular bail or anticipatory bail. He further submits that marriage of petitioner with the deceased was solemnized fifteen years back and she was having a child. During investigation statement of the son of the deceased was not got recorded. On aforesaid ground a prayer has been made for grant of bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40775 of 2016 (5) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 In this case earlier case diary was called for which has been received. On perusal of the case diary the court is satisfied that it is not a case for grant of bail. The dead body was found in the house of the petitioner with specific mark on the neck. The petition stands dismissed.
