JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond as vide order dated 20.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33508 of 2016 petitioners were granted pre-arrest bail with condition to surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order but the petitioners being wife and husband and illiterate and further petitioner no. 2 was out of State for earning livelihood, resulting, he could not get knowledge regarding order of this Court and as such prayer has been made to extend the time of surrender. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the court below within one month from the date of receipt/production of a

No.4698 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 copy of this order then they shall be released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
