Petitioner seeks bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No.27 of 2003 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police got confidential information that one kidnapped person of Alamganj Police Station is confined in the house of Sanjay Yadav. The police searched the house of Sanjay Yadav and recovered a boy aged about 25 years, who disclosed his name as Niraj Kumar. It is further alleged that the recovered boy disclosed that he has been kidnapped twentyfour days ago for ransom. On search, one country made Maskat was recovered from the house of Sanjay Yadav. It is further alleged that Niraj disclosed that 5-6 culprits

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66879 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 managed to escape on seeing the police party. He disclosed the name of this petitioner among the persons, who fled away. In this manner, petitioner's name has come on the basis of statement of recovered boy.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Shri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.27 of 2003, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
