The petitioner seeks bail in Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No.203 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that police has raided the house of the petitioner and a counter made rifle has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in jail since 27.9.2016.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at present. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45822 of 2016 (3) dt.24-10-2016 completion of eight months in jail custody.
