JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 The petitioner is named accused for the offences punishable under sections-406, 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and that such criminal case was filed against him on 02.08.2009, some six years back and that apart it appears that a number of innocent villagers have been duped by the petitioner who was the collecting agent of the Parham PACS Bank Ltd. Banking Babsay, Parham, Jamalpur and sum of rupees more than ten lacs have been misappropriated by the petitioner in league with the Chairman of the said Bank.

That being so, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
