The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No.56 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier this Court vide order dated 22.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8267 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Prayer for bail has been made by the petitioner on the ground that one Roushan Kumar alias Laddu alias Laddu Kumar alias Laththu Kumar has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.5.2016 in Cr. Misc. No.17403 of 2016 but that order does not disclose that order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35361 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 passed by me in Cr. Misc. No. 8267 of 2016 was placed before that Court or not.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
