The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town (Kotwali O.P) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020, registered under Sections 341, 342, 324, 326, 307, 363, 364, 365, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused person took the victim on their motorcycle. The victim was assaulted by other co-accused persons. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. No incriminating material has been recovered from the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Darbhanga in connection with Town (Kotwali O.P) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020, subject to the condition: 8.

The petitioner will mark his attendance at Town (Kotwali O.P) at every Sunday of each month. Default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
