2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, four country made pistols and three live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Two mobile sets and Rs. 45,000/- cash were also recovered from the possession of co-accused Deepak Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner while making prayer for bail has submitted that earlier the petition of the petitioner for bail was rejected vide order dated 04.09.2024 in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20038 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 61217 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged custody of near about one year. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the house where from the pistols were recovered is the joint house and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of custody that is near about one year, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
