Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b),26 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that from possession of the petitioner, a Chaku and a mobile phone were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Submission is that after arrest in the present case, the petitioner has been remanded in a subsequently instituted criminal case and that much is the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation and available material as well as completion of investigation, let the

No.19958 of 2020(2) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ekma Police Station Case No.18 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
