2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013 for the offence registered under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the IPC lodged on 22.09.2013 by the informant Fula Devi.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition and submit that he shall be surrendering within four weeks from today.

4. The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, if the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today, the Court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
