The petitioner is aggrieved by the award passed by the learned Collector, West Champaran, in lieu of acquisition of petitioner's land for the purpose of S.S.B. Camp. The claim of the petitioner is for enhancement of compensation on the ground that the value of the land be determined as per rate of Bhit land giving two crops yearly.

Since, the petitioner has filed the present writ application without approaching the competent authority for enhancement of compensation, accordingly, this writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.12955 of 2015(4) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Reference Court seeking enhanced compensation in accordance with law.
