Petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.08.2016 in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 272,273 and 224 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Foreign liquor was recovered form house of this petitioner on 22.03.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that the recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and possession of foreign liquor was not an offence on the alleged date of recovery. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
