Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are not named in the written report. They have no criminal antecedent. In the written report it is alleged that a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7054 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 transformer pole was removed from one place to another on account of which electricity supply was obstructed to several persons. The written report has been filed against unknown. It is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is further stated that the names of the petitioners have been disclosed by spy during investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. The petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
