Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 G.R. No. 4466/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498(A), 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner happens to be the husband of informant. As per prosecution case, the marriage of informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18731 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/3 Sangam Kumari was solemnized with Chintu Kumar (petitioner ) on 24.06.2018. After marriage, petitioner and his family members started demanding dowry and due to nonfulfillment of the same, they subjected the informant to mental and physical torture. Ultimately, on 15.11.2018 they ousted her from her matrimonial house.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2019 having clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 G.R. No. 4466/2019 subject to following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates
