The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 600/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 337, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the written report there is specific allegation of causing firearm injury against co-accused Vijay Rai. Petitioner is wife of aforesaid Vijay Rai. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.64110 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 600/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
