1. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the judgment and order dated 05.03.2013 passed by the District Judge, Nawada, in Cr. Appeal No.19 of 2012 by which he has confirmed the order of the Executive Magistrate, Nawada, Sadar, in case no.133-M of 2012/Trial No.70 of 2011 by which he had directed the Petitioner to furnish bond of `five thousand with two sureties for keeping peace for one year under Section 107 Cr. P. C.

2. Since no point of law is made out in the facts of the case, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

3. The application is dismissed.
