====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bypass P.S. Case No. 176/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 10.06.2018, the informant was going to Patna City Station on his motorcycle. In the meanwhile one another motorcycle dashed with the motorcycle of informant. Thereafter, driver of the motorcycle was demanding Rs. 20,000/- for repairing the damage of his motorcycle. It is further alleged that the accused persons along with petitioner caught the informant and took him near Tempo Stand, Kankarbagh. The accused persons told him to call his father

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64656 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 with money. When father and Mama of informant came near Sipara Pool and raised hulla, all the accused persons fled away leaving the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that case has been filed only on account of demand of money made by the petitioner for repairing his motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 176/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
