Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.01.2020 in Nautan P.S. Case No.01/2020 registered under Section 414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b), a/26 of Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner was caught by the police with two country made katta and four live cartridges. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is physically 80% handicapped, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition and, as a matter of fact, petitioner has been implicated in this false case at the behest of his enemies.
