JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2025 At the outset, Mr. Binod Kumar No. 3, learned APP submits that the then learned APP Mr. Satyavarat Verma, has been elevated to the Bench and presently he is appearing on behalf of State in this matter, so, the name of the Hon'ble Judge should be deleted from this petition as well as the cause list.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission, office is directed to not mention the name of the then learned APP as appearing on behalf of the State in this matter.

3. Mr. Udeshya Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
