The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was having master key for lifting motorcycle and one stolen motorcycle was allegedly seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody nearly four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the
