This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is elder brother of the deceased. In the first information report, there is no allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. In the last paragraph, it is alleged that when informant came, the petitioner was seen fleeing from the place of occurrence. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8307 of 2017 (3) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, East Champaran, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
