Mr. Siya Ram Shahi, learned counsel for the appellants, fairly submits that the appellants were writ petitioners in C.W.J.C.No. 11065 of 2013 and had filed this letters patent appeal against the dismissal of their writ petition by the order, dated 07.02.2014, passed by the learned single Judge of this Court. Issuance of a writ of mandamus to the respondent No.7, namely, R.N.Mukherjee Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Motihari, directing them to remove them deficiencies, which have been pointed out by the respondent No. 9, namely, Bihar

Patna High Court LPA No.1599 of 2015 (4) dt.30-10-2015 University, where the appellants, as students, have completed their study The appellants seek leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to make appropriate writ petition.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the appellants.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the appellants to make such writ application, in future, as may be so advised.
