JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.99/16 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws on account of nonfulfillment of dowry demand of Godrej, Motor cycle etc. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.54921/16.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20461 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.99 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
