In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with G.R.P. Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 registered for offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The case has been instituted on the statement of the informant-lady that some accused person in a running train, snatched her purse which was containing several documents including a mobile and later on, during investigation it was transpired that the petitioner was using the said mobile attaching his SIM.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43298 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 dismissed. However, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
