JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happen to be Devar ( brother in law) and Gotani (sister in law) of the deceased respectively and allegation against them is that they along with other caused dowry death of the deceased. .
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are Devar ( brother in law) and Gotani (sister in law) of the deceased respectively and no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioners. Further they have been in custody since 27.06.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67429 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -XI, Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
