JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65992 of 2018 in the address of petitioner in place of District "Muzaffarpur" it has inadvertently typed as District "Samastipur" and similarly in last line of last paragraph of the order in place of "Samastipur" it has wrongly been typed as "Sitamarhi".

In view of the aforesaid submissions in address of petitioner in place of District "Samastipur" it be read as District "Muzaffarpur" and in last line of last paragraph of order dated 22.11.2018 in place of "Sitamarhi" it be read as "Samastipur". In the aforesaid manner, above stated order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65992 of 2018 stands modified.
