Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 registered under Sections- 366, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has not alleged any overt act against the son of the petitioner. Her age has been assessed to be 20 years. Petitioner is 55 years old man and is not at all concerned with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or

No.8721 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
