====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Narhat P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner used to establish physical relationship with the informant for last three years after finding her alone. It is further alleged that informant always got afraid with the activities of petitioner. On the date of occurrence while the informant was sleeping in her parent's house, petitioner attempted to do illegal act with her and also pulled her cloth.

From the written report it appears that no complaint was lodged by the informant earlier against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Narhat P.S.
