JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 20(b)/21(c)/22(c) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 6 kilograms of ganja from the petitioner and co-accused of this case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that whatever recovery is there that is from the co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the recovery is less than the commercial quantity. Further submission is that he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 15.06.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Supaul, in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018.

It is made clear that if the petitioner again found involved in any of the like offences, in future, prosecution will be free to move for cancellation of his bail bonds (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
