The learned counsel for the appellant, in presence of the learned Special P.P. for the State, Ms. Usha Kumari, seeks to withdraw the present appeal, which has been filed against the order dated 17.10.2019 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I -cum- Judge, SC/ST Act, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 307, 504, 34 of the

Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST Act, with liberty to the appellant to approach the learned court below for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the appellant to move the learned court below for grant of regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned court below, without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present appeal.
