2. This MJC application has been filed for noncompliance of orders dated 13.09.2019 and 28.11.2016 passed in MJC No. 1742/2017 and CWJC No. 9494/2014, respectively.

Learned counsel for the opposite party/s submits that the orders dated 13.09.2019 passed in MJC No. 1742/2017 and the order dated 28.11.2016 passed in CWJC No. 9494/2014 have already been complied as Bihar Panchayat Elementary School Service (Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, Disciplinary Proceeding and Service Condition) Rules 2020 had been

Patna High Court MJC No.587 of 2022(3) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 enacted vide notification no. 709 dated 21.08.2020 (Annexure-A to show cause).

Considering the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties and after perusing the materials available on record, it appears that the orders dated 13.09.2019 and 28.11.2016 passed in MJC No. 1742/2017 and CWJC No. 9494/2014, respectively have already been complied and hence, no case of contempt is made against the opposite party/s.
