JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the first information report of Ishakchak P.S. Case No.13 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 379, 380 and 384 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the predency of the present application, the police have completed the investigation and submitted chargesheet in the court below. In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
