2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner on 12-05-2022. The petitioner and his family members started torturing the victim for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. On 25-10-2023, the informant got information from the villagers that the accused persons assaulted the informant's daughter, due to which, she died. The informant rushed to the place of occurrence and saw the dead body of his daughter. He noticed

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. His further submission is that the deceased died due to falling from the staircase and the accused persons have been implicated due to ulterior motive.

5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Some ante-mortem injuries have been found on the person of the deceased, which shows that she was assaulted before her death. The petitioner is husband and there is allegation that he assaulted the deceased.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 210 of 2023 is rejected.
