JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that no Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of other co-accused persons who have already been granted bail by this Court as well as coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 25.09.2018 and 23.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 48838 of 2018 and 42054 of 2018 respectively. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64164 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati (Dobhi) Gaya, in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
