====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and killing daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioner is Dewar of the deceased. He is separate from mess and property of the husband of the deceased. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 13107 of 2015.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with
