Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 725 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 286/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act and under Section 63 of the Copy Right Act. Informant who is the S.H.O. has stated that petitioner along with other co-accused persons were illegally making firecrackers in a house. In which on 04.07.2018 a blast took place and thereafter they fled away and during search petitioner along with other co-accused persons were apprehended.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63218 of 2018(2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is not a manufacturer of any explosive item. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 05.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 725 of 2018.
