In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.214 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution story, on 06.05.2016 at about 11 am. the informant proceeded to Patna Junction from Hanuman Nagar along with his luggage by hiring a tempo. When the tempo reached near Dak Bunglow, he said the tempo driver to stop the tempo as he wanted to buy a bat and entered into a shop and bought the bat, but when he returned back, he fond that the tempo was not there. On the basis of tempo No. the informant filed a complaint before the Kotwali Police
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39305 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 Station and petitioner was apprehended.
The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Sharvan Kumar @ Sharvan Ram, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
