This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 2356 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, happen to be father-in-law and mother-inlaw of complainant, are innocent and have not committed any offence in any manner. They have no concern with the internal affairs of their son and the complainant as they lived separately
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8373 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 with their elder son. Hence, the petitioners deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2356 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
